Dermal fillers are an injectable gel product with hyalauronic acid used for cosmetic procedures on the face.

One of the most popular Aesthetic Treatments!

Lip Augmentation is a cosmetic procedure used to create fuller, plumper and more defined lips.

How much will I need?

For virgin lips we recommend at least 1ml otherwise you may be disappointed when the initial swelling goes down. Building lips is a process and generally you will need a minimum of two treatments for best results and if you want to go bigger then we can build them up in sessions.

How long does it take?

On arrival we will carry out a thorough consultation, this is to ensure that you are fit for treatment. You will be asked questions about your medical history (this is completely confidential) and we will discuss exactly what you would like to achieve. The treatment will take approximately 30 minutes and once completed we will deliver any relevant aftercare.

Does it hurt?

It is a little uncomfortable but we do apply a Topical numbing cream before treatment and all the fillers that we use also contain lidocaine to help numb the area so that you feel more comfortable.

When will I see the results?

You will see results immediately as the injected product plumps up the tissues, However we do allow 14 days for the final results to give the filler time to settle.

Will there be any bruising/swelling?

Yes there may be slight bruising and swelling. Swelling can last a few days, but we recommend to allow up-to 14 days for the initial bruising/swelling to subside before assessing the final results of your treatment.

How long will it last?

Everyone is different so results vary between clients. Life-style, metabolism, skin type and other factors like the number of previous filler treatments all have an effect on treatment longevity. As a very rough guide we would say 3 to 6 months for Lip Enhancement, premium products tend to last longer.

Note: When you first have dermal filler the body can see it as a foreign substance that it needs to push out. Therefore We recommend a top up treatment within 4-6 weeks of your first appointment. You will find that the longevity will improve as your body gets used to the product being there. We advise that you have the same product at least 3/4 times without changing, this will allow the required resilience to build within your body.
